The rooms were clean. The bathroom was very clean too.
during checkout, a fake bill was on my final statement. the bill related to vivo restaurant with rs 4330. i never dined there so the bill was transferred to my room without my consent.

billing discrepancyunreliable shuttle
i encountered billing discrepancies upon checkout a charge was for vivo restaurant i never visited i questioned this immediately the receptionist investigated and discovered the bill had been incorrectly transferred to my room lacking my signature or consent mohit shandill the restaurant manager was named on the bill this raised concerns about internal accountability and potential errors during busy periods such mistakes should be caught before presentation to guests to maintain trust. the advertised shuttle service to nearby areas proved unreliable on several occasions i experienced delays exceeding 30 minutes and inconsistent communication from the concierge regarding schedules a more structured system with clear departure times and real-time updates would significantly improve guest satisfaction.
